Dear All,
as presented in class, my Final project was the website for a Forum on Local Development that my organization will held in Ethiopia.
All the programming techniques have been used as requested. Some webpage (i.e. Media Corner) need to be finalized with the respective content, but will indeed be used.
As this website will indeed be used in the future, I would sincerely appreciate your feedback, particularly on the Information Architecture!
See you later!

Class 9 - Homework Assignment
Hello!
Here is my Homework Assignment for class 9:
http://onepotcooking.com/chiarapace/class9/register.php
The wireframe for my Final Project is ready too, but it seems that for an internal error the blog does not allow me to upload images at the moment. Will try it later, the power point wireframe is in any case saved on the server under my "Class 9" folder. I am planning to present a site for a Forum.
Best,
Chiara

Class 8 - Homework Assignment
Hello,
here is my Homework for class 8:
http://onepotcooking.com/chiarapace/class8/register.php
I have managed to go through all the files explained in class, following exactly the example Amos shown last Saturday and adding the Database component. I've made a few tries and I do not understand why now the webpage is going back and forward from the Register page to the Login page (with the error message showing up), so I am not entirely sure whether all the Database component is running, even if I' ve created the files....
See you tomorrow!

Class 7 - Homework Assignment
Dear all,
I found this assignment very difficult. I kind of got the first part, but still it does not seem to work peoperly, as it goes back and forward from the Register Page to the Login Page........
Having said that I also did all the other PHP files, but much more following the notes from the classes rather that following a clear logic on this.
I shall appreciated indeed if at least for this assignment we could work on the solution in the class all together, starting from the very beginning (from a blank file) and doing step by step.
In any case, here is what I have: Class 7 - Homework Assignment.
Best,
Chiara

Class 6 - Homework Assignment
Hello everybody!
I've used PHP include files for the top ad banner, global navigation, breadcrumbs, and footer and interestingly all these features are now displayed twice.
I've tried many things and I do not understand what I am doing wrong. I would be extremely grateful if somebody could highlight me on this (my codes are on the server). I am sure is something VERY stupid, but I am simply not getting it. Here is my Class 6 - Homework Assignment for the above mentioned part.

Class 5 1/2 :-) Homework
Before starting the assignment on PHP I wanted to fix my E-commerce website in order to get all the codes' logic correct.
Here it is:

Class 5 - Homework
Here is my Class 5 - Homework:
http://onepotcooking.com/chiarapace/class5/inclass_assignment.html
I was really trying to focus on the mysterious Javascript and JQuery worlds and to better understand how they work I had a close look to the codes of other collegues, who did terrific jobs! At least I figure out few things, it does not look perfect and I would highly appreciate if Amos could have a look to the code, as I am still try to understand why the boxes are not were I want (i.e. in perfect line with the comp).
Having said that, I've decided to entitle my Class 5 - Homework "Be positive: better this than nothing" :-)
See you tomorrow!

Class 4 - Homework
Hello everybody!
after not having posted the Class 3 Assignments, as they looked really horrible (I am improving them and every day I am understanding something more on CSS, so I guess I am slow, but I am trying my best and am on the right direction), here is my Class 4 Assignment.
http://onepotcooking.com/chiarapace/class4/inclass_assignment.html
I did not manage to fully understand the JavaScript part and finding it very hard :-(. At least on the left part the input and text areas can be filled by the user, but there was no way for me to find out how to duplicate it in the right part :-(. I have tried going thru the JS tutorials, but I think I still have lots of misunderstandings on the overall logic, particularly what has to go on the XHTML and on the JAVASCRIPT pages. Having said so, and I hope we can take more time on JAVASCRIPT, I have few questions on this basic layout, as there are still few things I need to understand:
1) I could not manage to center the labels with respect the box areas;
2) The text area comes horizontal and not vertical, what did I do wrong?
Thanks and see you tomorrow!
